Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy adapts the PKC payment and refund principles for Pint of Science India 2026 event ticket bookings.
Payment Process
Tickets are booked through this website and paid by UPI to the displayed PKC payment details. A booking is created with pending status until the uploaded payment screenshot and UPI Transaction ID are manually verified.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered for accidental or erroneous payments, duplicate payments, failed verification cases, or event changes such as cancellation, relocation, or rescheduling.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds for event tickets will be processed after communication with the customer within 7 working days where feasible. Refunds are made to the original/source payment route where possible.
Cancellation Window
Tickets cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the event date. For events that are rescheduled, cancelled, or relocated, attendees may request a refund within 48 hours of the change intimation.
How to Request Support
Email [email protected] with your booking code, buyer email, UPI Transaction ID, event name, and reason for the request. Requests are reviewed case by case.
Jurisdiction
These booking and refund terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
